- President: Manages executive team, holds meetings with executive members to receive progress updates/delegate tasks, acts as the spokesperson for the organization
- Marketing Manager: Posts updates on Facebook/Instagram for upcoming events and photos from past events, gives spotlights on accomplishments of women in STEM, creates flyers/marketing materials for events as needed
- Schools Manager: Contacts local schools/educational groups to set up workshop dates/times, acts as the liaison between Robogals and our school contacts, updates executive team on specific details of events
- Sponsorships Manager: Applies for sponsorship/grant opportunities through the school and elsewhere, searches for possible corporate sponsorships/funding, acts as the liaison between Robogals and any company we may work with
- Training Manager. Designs robotics, coding, and engineering workshops, runs workshops and teaches students, trains volunteers on basics of workshop knowledge needed
- Secretary/Treasurer: Attends all meetings and keeps minutes to be updated as tasks are completed, keeps track of Robogals funding, assists in reimbursement procedures for events, tracks demographic information from events
